2. The contractor shall provide the customer with the security clearance certificates from the Chief Public Prosecutor’s
Office and the copies of identity cards for every staff member, employed by the contractor for a period longer than 15
(fifteen) days, not later than 3 (three) days in advance as the work continues. The copies of vehicle licenses for all kinds of
vehicles, which necessarily enters the plant as the work continues, shall be delivered to the plant management not later
than 3 (three) days in advance. All of the staff employed by the contractor shall be insured, and any person who has no
insurance and are prohibited from working by law (younger than 18) shall not be admitted to practice site.

D- CONTROL AND INSPECTION METHODS
1. The control and inspection of the subject manufacture shall be performed in accordance with the Regulation on
Inspection and Acceptance Procedure for Construction Works of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734.
2. Quality control and inspection expenses shall be borne by the contractor.
3. Any kind of necessary staff, materials and test devices at the time of quality control and inspection shall be provided
by the contractor.
4. The contractor shall be liable for all kinds of accidents and damages which are likely to occur during inspection due to
manufacturing flaws.
5. If the contractor fails to attend provisional or final acceptance, the contractor shall be deemed to have precisely
agreed to omissions identified by the plant management and shall file no objection.
6. The pre- and post-stage of manufacturing shall be photographed with all phases included and delivered to the plant
management in a photo album (in a CD) upon work completion.
7. The said construction work shall be commenced in line with the work schedule approved by the plant management
and completed within the period of time given in administrative specifications.
